In Madhya Pradesh, teachers are being asked to do the things which are not related to the teaching work. In Tikamgarh district of the state, the teachers have been given the responsibility of coordinating the work of excavation of the toilets of toilets and keeping an eye on it.

Whether it is census work in the state, campaign for making voter list or any major campaign taken by the government in its own hands, first it gets noticed on the teachers and they are engaged in related work. The result of this is that teachers have been put in the 'Sanatai Sewa Seva' campaign launched from the birthday of PM Narendra Modi in the state.

In the order issued by District Education Officer of Tikamgarh District Education Officer BK Loharia, instructions have been given to the Principal, Developmental Education Officer, Development Block Source Center Coordinator and Jan Shikshak, that the paddy fields should be dug for the toilets in the village panchayats under the 'Sanitation Hygiene Service' Janandolan campaign. When asked about the order, Luharia said that teachers are not to dig the pit, the potholes of toilets dug by the technical team in their school panchayat area are full of watching.
